my sister just gave birth to my 2nd nephew just within the last hour. she was just about to be 37 weeks along. he came in weighing 5lbs 9oz. her labor? oh probably an hour. she showed up to the hospital at 10 centimeters along! so 100% naturally.
i work tomorrow 9-6, so i’m going to ask to leave at 2, to go be with her. we are throwing her a surprise baby shower in august when my mom comes back into town. i was really hoping to go take pictures of the birth, but i found all this out when i was leaving work at nearly 10pm. even if i went straight from there to the hospital, she would of had him. (they are an hour away).

so official announcement will be tomorrow :P. i havent even had time to buy her anything! funny because, just 3 days ago.. i gave her back her baby crib we were borrowing for addison.

i’m so incredibly hot. washing dishes made me sweat. stupid broken dishwasher. i left all my chores i needed to get done this weekend to do today. i shouldnt of done that. but i watched Design Star while hanging laundry up. addison is all over the place, so it’s impossible to keep up with her + hang clothes.
with all this running around i do, i won’t ever need diet pills! well, maybe.

the fourth was great. we went to visit family. and came home for fire works. addison enjoyed it, as much as a 10mo old kiddo could :P. but it kept her interest.

i’ve spent so much time boxing up her old clothes. so far i’ve filled 2 1/2 - 58quart plastic containers. and two diaper boxes. that stuff is just the outgrown stuff! i am not going to chance selling it & then end up pregnant with another girl in a few years. the clothes are all in amazing condition. no stains or anything.

we are finalizing birthday details! just need the final “okay” to hold the party at marcs sisters house. and we are good to go. i went to the store & bought 2 pools. one toddler one, another one with a slide, basketball hoops, ring toss & sprinkler thing over the slide. this way, the kids can play while the adults mingle & bbq. i also finished up all the 2-5 year old goodie bags. gotta work on the 6-12 year old bags. those will consist mostly of candy. while the younger ones will get fruit snacks along with the trinkets.
